Membership Application: Must be completed to open an account or update your current account information.
Overdraft Revision Form: Must be completed to opt in to overdraft protection.
Payroll Deduction Form: Form for employees to have a portion of your payroll check deposited to your Southern Federal Credit Union savings or checking account.
Transocean Direct Deposit Form: Transocean employee form to have entire payroll check directly deposited to a SFCU savings or checking account
Hercules Direct Deposit Form: Hercules employee form to have either a portion of your payroll check (lower portion) or your entire payroll check directly deposited to a SFCU savings or checking account. (MUST be signed to submit to Hercules). 
Baker Hughes Payroll Form: Baker Hughes employee form to have either a portion of your payroll check (middle portion) or your entire payroll check directly deposited to a SFCU savings or checking account. (Employee MUST sign and include Employee ID number to submit to Baker Hughes)
Stop Payment Form: Form to stop payment on a check or an automatic draft (ACH).
Incoming Wire Instructions: Instructions to transfer funds directly into an SFCU savings or checking account from another financial institution through our correspondent.
